Shipping Policy

VOGUEEX ships orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please check your address carefully before placing an order.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, holidays, or inventory checks, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

• United States: usually 7 to 15 business days after shipment.
• International orders: usually 10 to 20 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and local delivery conditions can affect timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country or region.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support@vogueex.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and help determine the next step.
